Administrator Position Available 

The Nepean Netball Association (NNA) is currently seeking an individual to fill our administrator role. The Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Netball Association. This position supports the committee, players, coaches, and volunteers by managing day-to-day administration, communication, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Set up and maintain player and team registrations in Netball Connect
  • Communicate regularly with affiliated clubs to provide updates, resolve queries, and support administration needs
  • Assist the executive committee with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting as required
  • Develop and publish season fixtures for the Saturday Junior Competition and Tuesday Ladies Competition
  • Manage scheduling changes and ensure fixtures are communicated promptly to clubs and participants

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Computer literate  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Well organised and able to work under pressure, especially at the beginning of each season 
  • Knowledge of the club membership packages and external requirements (e.g.: Netball Vic member fees etc.) 
  • Knowledge of Netball Connect or ability to learn 
  • Well organised and able to work in an orderly manner
  • Able to relate to a diverse group of individuals 
  • Ethical, honest and trustworthy

Coaching Opportunity – Nepean Netball Association Representative Program

The Nepean Netball Association (NNA) is currently seeking passionate, motivated and experienced coaches to lead and support
our 2026 Representative Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our local sporting community. Make a lasting impact
on the development of young energetic netballer’s. Targeted at our representative level athletes.

Positions Available: 
We are inviting applications for the following coaching roles across various age groups:

  • Head Coach 
  • Coaches (team)
  • Assistant Coach (ideal for those starting their coaching journey) 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with Netball Australia’s coaching framework.
  • Lead your team through the Representative season, including training, tournaments, season games and championships.
  • Provide guidance and support to players, fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and NNA officials to ensure a consistent and positive program experience.

Requirements:

  • Current Netball Coaching – Foundation Accreditation (or willingness to attain one before the season starts).
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in coaching youth athletes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to the NNA season schedule, including training and competition dates.

Commitment:

  • Weekly training sessions including preseason (Nov/Dec 2025 & Program Feb 2026)
  • Attendance at Rep tournaments and key development events
  • Attendance at season games
  • Participation in coaching meetings and professional development opportunities
